Lemon cakes and a nice walk
Hello there,
It's a lovely day outside, so I went for a walk.
I have a recipe to share with you, I hope you like it.
Tonkinese news.
I practiced wrapping Tiggi up in a towel, he put up with it very well.
I do't think I will try it again on him.
New word that I'm learning with my Animal care.
The word is .
Ethical.
Means alot of things but in animal care it's not ethnical to take a temperature more than once.
That's interesting.(For the animals sake.)
Well here's the promised lemon cakes, note it uses muffin tins.
Appolyies to Gluten free people.
Chloe
Steam Cafe's lemon sour cream cakes with lemon sugar

½ tsp lemon essence
½ cup sour cream
1 cup plain flour

Lemon sugar:
Juice of 3 lemons cup caster sugar Preheat oven to 160degC. Grease and flour 12 individual cake or muffin tins.
Cream butter and sugar until pale.Beat in zest, eggs, lemon essence and sour cream. Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared tins and bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Spoon a little lemon sugar over each cake. It will soak in and set to form a crust.

Mix juice and sugar together and drizzle over cakes as soon as they come out of the oven.

I Learn a couple of complicated dances and enters in a pie competition
Hello,
How's things going?
I hope your well my friend Jessy.
this is fun and exciting.
Yesterday I did 2 very exciting things.
I entered in a pie competiton, for wild bean cafe.
This is how it works.
They make my minted vegietable pie and lamb pie.
If that gets into the finals my pie gets into another round, if that gets picked as the best pie and the profits well I don't know if they go to me.
But if I win I get a 20 thousdand gift card.
I thought that it was a fun thing to go into.
I then went to dancing and learnt about the lancashire moriss miner coconut dancers.
As well as other scottish country reels.
These coconut dancers paint their faces black do the moris minner and bang their coconut halfs on the beats.
I coundn't stop laughing.
I thought what a great joke!!
I am not part of the group.
We learnt many dances we adverage 18 per night, I was a bit tired so made many mistakes and the look on the pros faces it's like your the only vegieterian at a all meat party.
Well I did quite well with the slower dances.
I think I will have a 23rd birthday party this year, I hope to take my friends to the dances in march when they start up.
I'll enclosed a link for my favourite dance.
Have to have my breakie.
Take care Kiwi gril.
Love to family.
